KELI~> I know!! This was a hard choice for us to make. Not sure if we made the right one or not, but I guess we'll see! Read my post "the santa debate" On 05_10. He's still not sure what to think. He seen the pictures of him and santa last night, and said, "see, I told you there was a real Santa!!" So who knows whats going on in his little mind!

Sniff sniff.....reflections of past Christmas'!!! Robert is wanting to quit this tradition this year since we are trying to give up santa.....I don't think I can!!!

What makes me smile......

Ezekiel came home from school today with a little book thing called, "Our Turkey Recipe Book"....It's a recipe book that his class put together on how to make a turkey....The teacher said she typed it word for word of what the kids said....I'll share a couple that made me smile!!

First I would wash it, then I would cook it. Then I would put some steak on it and put some hot stuff on it. And that's all. (Ezekiel James)

Holy blinkies batman!!

So, all week I've been messing with my blog, Trying to do a little HTML to add personal touches. First I discovered tickers!! Although I could get an HTML code for them, I didn't know how to put them on my blog as anything other than a post. So...yesterday I discovered BLINKIES!!! YEA!! I messed with them a little yesterday, but today....I spent a good 3 hours on them....looking for the cutest ones, and trying to figure out where the heck the HTML code goes!!!! So...right when I think I figure it out, I have my friend Andrea look at my blog to check out my "really cool blinkies"......she's like, where are they??? NOOOO!!! They weren't where they were supposed to be!! But...she did note that they were blinking like crazy!! So that's good!! She said they were at the bottom of the page!!!! 3 hours, a couple cups of coffee (and I don't drink caffeine mind you)all wasted!! I'm saying, it was 10:00 and my daughter wasn't dressed yet I was so obsessed!! So for them to not be in the right place really bothers me! I did make myself turn the computer off so I could get Madi dressed, feed her, and do some laundry!! And my poor little weather pixie!! It's the little box with a "weather girl" in it, that tells you the temp. and what not....Well, you can pick from several pixies...I got her, and at the time it was about 30 degrees out, and she was wearing a nice coat....At about 40 degrees she changed into a belly top, slacks, and what I call "hooker shoes"....Now it's 54 degrees and the little thing is in a tank top!! My friend asked me what she wears when it's 80 out, just the clouds?? LOL!! I said I'm not sure, but it looks like anything above freezing, and the clothes come off!!! She's cute though huh?? That is if you can see her....right now she's stuck at the bottom of my page....until I figure this HTML code stuff out, or someone smarter than me helps me out!!

Robert didn't think my Matthew Mcconaughey post was very funny....So I had to counter balance it with few new pictures of the kids!!

Ezekiel wanted me to take a picture of him with the cake Robert bought at Wal-mart today!! Silly!!

Matthew MCconaughey......~*Just kidding*~.....He has always been my favorite male actor. Although some people might say he has the acting range of a sock, I've always been impressed with him! I'll take him wrapped up under my Christmas tree!! :)

Robert has been ready for a long time to get rid of Madi's "blanket balloon" as she called it. I on the other hand....was pretty attached to it myself! I loved that she loved it so much, and I liked that to lay her down for a nap, all I had to do say was, go get your blanket....I liked that it calmed her down...and I just wasn't ready to get rid of it!! A couple weeks ago when I took her to school, there was a little girl crying and it really scared MJ. She started to cry and didn't want to stay....so I took her to the bathroom, and told her that she had to stay, and if she didn't I would have to put her blanket up. She said that was fine....so when we got home, I put it up, and put the other receiving blankets up. She asked for it a couple of times, and cried a little....but she did fine. Now she sleeps with this blanket...she calls it "soft blanket"....she doesn't carry it around the house or anything like that. This morning she brought it into the den 'cause she said she was cold....She doing lots better than I ever thought she would! She told me the other day that she missed blanket balloon, and she wished she could find it. I had a dream about it!! That she found it and the others that I put up.

Zeke's football team....

Last night as I was taking Zeke to bed, He said..."what's a virgin?" As my heart sank I knew there had to be a logical reason for him asking me this.

Me: Where did you hear that?
Z: At school. So what's a virgin?
Me: Why were you talking about it?
Z: You know, like "round yon virgin"
Me: Oh!! You were singing Christmas songs??!!??!!
Z: Yes, so, what's a virgin?
Me: Well, that's what Mary was before she had baby Jesus.
Me thinking: Please let that be enough!!
Z: At school it has something to do with her being pregnant.
-And he smiles and puts his arms out in front of him like he's got a pregnant belly.-
Me: Yes, well, she was a virgin, then she got pregnant with baby Jesus. Ok? I love you

Last night the shoes were all messy, and Robert asked Madilynn to strighten them up. A few minutes later I walked by and looked down at the shoes and saw this tiny little pair of white shoes that belong to her precious moments doll neatly lined up with the rest of the shoes! I thought it was too funny!! 

Ezekiel thought this was a good photo op! 

This is the way madi fell asleep watching a movie last night!! LOL!!!
